We only have a couple of days left in October so it’s time to share my November bullet journal set up for 2019.
October Re-cap
Most of October was spent recovering from my diagnostic laparoscopy surgery. I’m thankful to say I have now fully recovered and I am feeling more like myself.
Just in time as I turned 33 this past weekend and went out with friends to celebrate.
I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to set myself more goals for November. I, therefore, decided to give myself some more planning space in my weekly spreads this month. But, in typical me fashion, I kept everything super simple and easy to set up.
Before we take a look at my minimalistic spreads, here are the bullet journal supplies I used for November.

November Bullet Journal Monthly SPread

For November, I used my watercolour fox painting as the feature image in my monthly overview spread. I printed this out on regular copy paper using my office printer and glued it in.
(This painting is available as a high-quality art print in my Etsy shop.)
Underneath the fox, I wrote November using my Tombow dual brush pen. I really struggle with this brush pen and need to practise more with it!
As a side note, I actually signed-up for 2 months of premium Skillshare and look forward to following classes on how to improve my brush lettering.
I finished the left page with a small calendar to give an overview of the month.
Next, I split the right-hand page into three sections: goals, birthdays and important dates. I wrote these titles with the Tombow dual brush pen.
I then used a No. 2 Pigma micron fine line pen to draw simple leaf doodles on either side of the page titles. I coloured these in using an Arteza real brush pen in Sunset Yellow.
November Bullet Journal Weekly Spreads

For the past few months, I have been using a single page per week for my weekly spreads. For my November weeklys, I decided to use a double-page spread per week.
On the left-hand page, I have split the page into 4 sections for: Etsy shop planning, blog planning, weekly to-dos and general notes. In the top-left corner, there is also a small calendar that indicates the week of the month.
I then drew the leaf doodles on either side of the titles. Again, using a No. 2 Pigma micron fine line pen and Arteza real brush pen in Sunset Yellow.
On the right page, I split it into 7 sections for each day of the week. I did this with my Arteza real brush pen in Sunset Yellow.
I wanted the lines separating each day to have a messy watercolour look. To achieve this, I used the side of the yellow brush pen and lifted the pressure as I got to the far side of the page.
I titled everything in my weekly spreads using a No. 08 Pigma micron fine line pen.
Gratitude & Highlights page

The final two pages in my November bullet journal are my gratitude and highlights pages. These are my favourite spreads and they are incredibly simple to set up.
I titled the pages in the same manner as the weekly spreads. The gratitude page is numbered 1-30 down the left-side and the highlights page is left blank.
That’s it! The spreads for my November bullet journal was super easy and quick to set up (which I need to maintain doing them!).
