Processing Times
I always do my best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Usually this is within 1 working day (Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays). However, please allow up to 2 working days during busier periods, such as Christmas.
You will receive email notification when your order is on its way. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you have not received this within the above timeframe.
Delivery Options
At checkout, you will see options for:
- Free Delivery (Tracked 48) if your order meets the minimum of £15.
- Royal Mail 1st Class- from £1.80 (+ £1.40 per additional item).
- Royal Mail Tracked 48- flat rate of £2.85.
If you have multiple items in your basket, but don’t meet the £15 minimum for free shipping, please be aware that Tracked 48 is the most cost-effective choice compared to 1st Class.
Where Do I Ship?
I can only ship to addresses in Great Britain currently.
I am sorry to say that as of 13/12/24, due to the recently introduced GSPR legislation, I cannot sell products to Northern Ireland and the EU. As I only have a small number of sales to NI and the EU, it is not financially viable for me to continue selling to these regions. I will continue to look for affordable solutions that allow small businesses like mine to comply with GSPR.
Other countries- I am currently exploring my options for shipping to additional countries as Royal Mail has removed Letter mail as an option for international shipping from the U.K.
Your Delivery Address
Please ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering and email me straight away if you notice that you have made an error. If you are sending a card directly to the recipient, please ensure you enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. The default address will be your billing address.
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been posted. However, if you notice you’ve made a mistake after your order has been dispatched, please get in touch and let me know. We’re all human, it happens. I’ll do my best to work with you to get it sorted.
