What Made Me Happy In The Month Of September

What made me happy September 2014
The weather is definitely changing now and Autumn is here. I love the all the colours of Autumn but it also reminds me that we are coming into winter and, due to the cold weather, winter is often a time where us folk with fibromyalgia experience more pain and stiffness. On the plus side, I’m looking forward to mugs of hot chocolate, wearing comfy knitwear and cosying up on the couch with my blanket. So it’s not all bad. This past month I enjoyed:

♥ Chilling in this amazing Airbnb apartment, which had a balcony that overlooked Los Angeles. Amazing!
♥ I had the sad realisation that I am past being able to enjoy most big roller coasters, however, I really enjoyed these two- Superman and X2 at Six Flags Magic Mountain.
♥ Taking a walk along Venice Beach and seeing all the unusual sights!
♥ Visiting the Getty Center and Griffith Observatory.
♥ Driving through Beverly Hills and then walking along Rodeo Drive, imaging we were rich enough to shop there haha.
♥ Visiting Disneyland!!!! Yes I am a big kid and love Disney. I also realised it’s not that embarrassing to have to hire a scooter to manage the visit. It was actually pretty ace!
♥ NFL Sundays. Go Ravens!
♥ The League is back on TV. Love this show.
♥ Going out for a meal with my family to celebrate my parent’s 30th wedding anniversary.
♥ Returning to work after too many weeks off sick.
♥ Discovering the TV show Sons of Anarchy.
♥ Madden 15 was released, it’s the only game you’ll find me playing.
