It’s hard to believe we are into November already and October has been and gone! October is always my favourite month of the year. I love the colours of the trees and the cold, sunny days. I hope you all enjoyed Halloween on Friday past. I didn’t do anything for it but we had lots of guisers (trick or treaters) coming to the door this year and it was nice to see them all in their costumes. We even had a little choir at one point who sang Keane’s ‘somewhere only we know.’ It’s been a month with ups and downs for me but I am keeping a positive mind and working through challenges. It always helps to think of all the things I’ve achieved and managed to do:
♥ Celebrating my friend’s birthday with a little party at my house.
♥ Receiving my Glitterati box through the post.
♥ Having another wonderful session of reiki.
♥ Feeling a reduction in my pain levels after starting taking gabapentin.
♥ Going to see Grant Nicholas at Cabaret Voltaire in Edinburgh. Been too long since I’ve been to a gig.
♥ Visiting the amazing Enchanted Forest.
♥ Starting the process of dying my hair purple.
♥ Having a birthday BBQ.
♥ Celebrating my birthday with friends and family.
♥ NFL Sundays!
♥ Marathon sessions of watching Sons of Anarchy.
♥ Setting up a support group on Facebook and speaking to wonderful people. Come join us 🙂
