This year is continuing to fly by and that’s us into June already! We’re into summer but I don’t even feel like we’ve had a proper Spring yet. I always find the transition of the seasons difficult in terms of fibromyalgia. The weather here can vary greatly and one day it can be sunny and the next day cold and foggy. I don’t care what the research says, weather definitely affects me and has an impact on my symptoms. This month my husband and I booked a summer holiday (we were originally going to go away in December but changed our minds). I can’t wait to get some California sunshine in August!
♥ Booking our flights to LA and San Fransisco

♥ Celebrating my Mum’s birthday by going out for a meal in Edinburgh with my parents, husband, brother and his girlfriend
♥ Taking photographs in the park and feeling like I have improved
♥ Going to my in-laws for dinner and eating home-cooked Indian food, which I actually enjoyed (have always previously hated it!)
♥ Attending a Grisha Stewart weekend BAT seminar for aggression, fear and frustration in dogs
♥ Having a couple of great reflexology sessions
♥ The sun has made an appearance this month!!
♥ Discovering a supplement called Energise Me, which definitely seems to have given me a bit of a boost

♥ Setting up an NFL Fantasy Football League- can’t wait to get started! Our draft is in July
♥ Discovering ‘The League’ on Netflix. I love this show!
♥ Taking a day off work just to chill out, sleep and let my body recuperate
♥ Watching photography courses on Creative Live
♥ Subsequently discovering Sue Bryce and Felix Kunze who are both amazing photographers and really inspiring
♥ Taking a trip up North to the Highlands of Scotland to visit a friend. We went to Smoo Cave in Durness, had an amazing hot chocolate at Cocoa Mountain and the next day went to see the dolphins at Chanonry Point. Great trip!
