This morning the clocks went forward an hour in the UK. Apparently British Summer Time has begun but clearly someone forgot to pass the memo onto Mother Nature. I always look forward to this time of the year as the days become longer and the dark evenings become a thing of the past. I am now driving home from work in the daylight, which makes the hour commute seem so much easier. And I don’t know about anyone else but I generally find my fibromyalgia is much easier to manage in the summer months compared to the winter. Having said that, I had a massive flare up last week and I’m still not completely over it. I decided to take some time off from work because of this and used up the last of my annual leave to take a long weekend. I went out with a couple of hours with my camera on Friday morning. It was cold and overcast but my pictures turned out pretty good. I’m glad I did that because yesterday and today the weather has been horrid. It’s cold, foggy and it makes me want to hibernate! Here are some lovely Spring photographs to hopefully brighten your day.
