The beginning of each month seems to be coming around so quickly! I was super excited to receive my March Glitterati box today. In case you don’t know what this is, it’s a monthly subscription box where each month you are sent a box of hair accessories by the company Crown & Glory. Each box costs £20 and contains around £50 worth of Crown & Glory goodies. The content of each box is a complete surprise and makes for an exciting post day! Spoilers below.
With each box you receive a card stating what items are included in your box, listed along with the RRP. This month was a nautical/sea themed box and first up are these incredibly cute nautical bobby pins and candy clam shell hair grip. These will be so easy to wear and I love them.
Next is a simple rope headband with a knot in the middle. This will be great for keeping my hair back and under control when I don’t have the energy to do much with it. I got it in black but I have spotted it in purple on the Glitterati Facebook group so I could be tempted to swap for a different colour.
Another headband was included in this month’s box but it can also be doubled up and used to tie up a ponytail. It is a hair elastic with really cute pearls and a couple of silver charms on it. Lovely!
Last but not least is this fish scale turban that just screams mermaid. I love the colours and the shimmer of the fabric but I’m not so sure I like the feel of it. However, it looks so amazing that I will make myself get used to it. This is a versatile piece that can be worn as a turban or as a headband.
