Awesome Christmas Present Ideas

It’s officially December! And that means Christmas is just around the corner. If you have chronic illness, the idea of hitting the shops can often fill you with dread and, for many, it is downright impossible. This means it pays to be organised so that you can do most of your Christmas shopping online. Minimising stress is so, so important as stress can wreak havoc on our bodies and exacerbate symptoms. Not to worry though, I have got you covered! Here’s a list of amazing online shops where you will find a ton of affordable treasures. So. Many. Pretty. Things!! I’ve listed where they are based too so please bare this in mind when considering delivery times. Happy shopping!

Sophie creates amazing, off-the-hook hair accessories that anyone would be over-the-moon to receive at Christmas. There are glittery bows, floral headbands and cute hair clips among so many other delights. While you are there, check out the Glitterati. It’s an amazing subscription service that delivers beautiful headwear to you each month for a bargain £20. Why not treat yourself too this Christmas?

♥ CocoMilla (Turkey)♥

Milla creates gorgeous watercolour art that would make a lovely, unique gift. At £9.84, they are affordable art and would even make a great Secret Santa present. You can pick up a mount and a frame from Amazon relatively cheaply if you would like to frame the prints. I recently purchased ‘The Little Mermaid Ariel on the Rock’ print (shown above middle) for a friend’s birthday and it was beautiful. It took a week to arrive in the UK from Turkey but please allow approximately 10 days for delivery to the UK.

Kez hand makes incredibly cute friendship bracelets with despicable charm. Each delicate charm is silver plated and you can choose to have your bracelet made from a variety of cord colours. They are also adjustable from 6″-10″ and are mounted on a high quality greeting card. Some of the messages on the cards are perfect for spoonies! Starting at £2.99, they make a great stocking filler or Secret Santa present. I personally love these!

♥ Sugar & Vice (UK)♥

The last dates to ensure you receive items in time for Christmas are this Friday the 7th for shipping to the U.S, Tuesday the 9th for shipping to Europe and Monday the 15th for the UK.

  3. […] 1. Do your Christmas shopping online! When you have chronic fatigue, the idea of going shopping either fills you with dread or it’s downright impossible. Not to worry though, there are plenty of treasures to find online. Etsy is one of my favourite places to do my Christmas shopping (I also don’t need any excuse to shop on Etsy as there are so many pretty things!). Just be sure to pay attention to where the items are being shipped from and check delivery times. If you need any inspiration check out these awesome gift ideas. […]
